Your suggestion made sense and I hoped it would have such a simple fix like leaving Notes on the calander window, but alas no such luck, I waited 45 mins to get an email sent from here coz I forgot my password :o) there was still no sound, icon or popup.
Thanks for your suggestion and your time!
Has anyone heard anything back from IBM about this yet?
